The MailRoom works with all major carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. We give you the information so you can choose the carrier that best meets your needs and budget.
UPS (United Parcel Service)
"What can Brown do for you?" That's the question they ask and they have answers. UPS has a wide variety of services starting with Next Day Early AM with guaranteed delivery by 8:30 am the next business day (may not be available to some addresses) to Ground Service available now to even Alaska and Hawaii. All packages are easily tracked on their website and automatically covered with up to $100 insurance at no extra charge. Additional insurance up to $50,000 can be purchased. We can give you all the costs associated with shipping internationally as well and we complete the customs documents.
FedEx
We are all accustomed to thinking "I'll FedEx this" when we need a shipment there overnight, but did you know that they also offer Home Delivery and Ground service? FedEx offers First Overnight service guaranteeing delivery by 8:30 am the next business morning (may not be available to some locations). Priority Overnight is generally guaranteed to be delivered by noon the next business day and Standard Overnight gets it delivered by the end of the next business day. FedEx Home delivers to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday. All shipments can be tracked on the FedEx website, are covered by up to $100 insurance at no extra cost and additional insurance up to $25,000 can be purchased. Shipments to other countries is also available with FedEx and we'll give you all the options along with completing the required documents.
USPS (United States Postal Service)
At The MailRoom, you can buy just a single stamp, a book of 20 stamps or a roll of 100 stamps. We will always give you the option of sending your package with the Postal Service. The Postal Service delivers to EVERY address in the country EVERY day. They are the only shipping service available for our servicemen and women who are overseas with APO, FPO and AE addresses. If you need to send a package to South America, Europe, Asia, Australia or Africa, International Priority Mail is often the best service for the best price. We'll even complete all the customs forms for you!
DHL
While DHL no longer provides domestic delivery services, they can securely deliver to many countries that are otherwise inaccessible. Ask us about DHL to the Middle East and other difficult delivery areas.
FREIGHT
For large items such as furniture, pinball machines, grandfather clocks and such we can arrange shipment to just about any address in the US and many international addresses. Some items will need to be crated and some can be "blanket wrapped". Tell us what you need and let us meet that need for you!
